State Fair Steer and Heifer Nominations Are Due May 15th

Youth that are planning to participate in the Junior Cattle Shows at the NC State Fair need to nominate the cattle by May 15th. This process is not a new process, however each year we have new youth that may plan on exhibiting at the State Fair. The nomination forms may be obtained from your local county agent. Nominations will be accepted on these forms only.
Please distribute and review the rules for the Junior Market Steer and Heifer Shows with your clubs. These rules will also aid in the completion of the nomination forms. This can start the youth’s planning of the project.
